Conference Registration

Full Registration for 2013 Conference includes classroom-style seating for all speeches and panels and banquet seating for Friday and Saturday night dinners and Saturday lunch.

Student rate includes admission to the Saturday speeches and panels, and does not include meals. For admission at the reduced rate, students must present a valid student ID. Students must be sponsored by an HLMC member.

Whether registering by PayPal or check, please list your current email address or phone number so we can contact you promptly with Hotel information.  

Note that a $25 premium will be added to registration if purchased at the door. Participants are encouraged to register early!   

Hotel Accomodations

The H.L. Mencken Club has negotiated a special room rate at the facility where the conference will be held. Information on making a reservation will be sent to all conference registrants.

Please note that rooms must be reserved by October 19 to receive the special rate. Room availability is on a first come, first served basis.

Rules and Regulations

Gentlemen will wear coats and ties; ladies, the appropriate equivalent. 

Members are reminded to pay their annual dues at the time of registration.

The H.L. Mencken Club reserves the right to withdraw or deny admission to anyone who seeks to disrupt the conference or whose presence is deemed a nuisance.
